Terms of Sale

General

By placing an order with Katerina Sibilia, operated by UNIVERSAL EXPORTS CAP LIMITED (VAT number 515461407), a company registered in England and Wales with its registered office at 71-75 Shelton Street, London, England, WC2H 9JQ, and its trading address at 100 Hatton Garden, London, England, EC1N 8NX, you agree to these Terms of Sale. All pieces are made to order in France. Please allow six weeks for your piece to be prepared and dispatched.

Pricing

All prices are displayed inclusive of local taxes in your selected currency. Currency and tax adjustments are handled automatically via Shopify Markets based on your location. For Gulf and US orders, all duties are included - no additional charges at delivery.

Payment

Payment is handled personally by Katerina upon invoicing. WhatsApp orders are handled personally by Katerina and invoiced separately.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided production has not begun. Sur Mesure and bespoke commissions are subject to individual review.
